  1. Use any hard disk with any BIOS.
  2. Have you ever tried to install a new Harddisk
  3. in your PC and found that the BIOS did not
  4. support it?  I was faced with that situation
  5. lately.  I got advice to buy a new BIOS or to
  6. buy a special controller.  All of that costs
  7. $ and is a lot of hassle.  The BIOS might not
  8. be compatible with your Motherboard etc.
  9. This the problem WITHOUT additional Hardware.
